Shipping Policy

At Hydronic Heating Warehouse, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

  • Same-day shipping is available for all in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing hours: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.


Stock & Availability

  • We maintain a safety stock to minimize delays, but items can occasionally run out of stock.

  • If an item is not available in our warehouse, we may drop ship directly from our suppliers. Lead times for drop shipments typically range from 1–3 business days.

  • If a supplier is out of stock or has items on backorder, delays may occur. While we cannot control supplier backorders, we will update you with the latest information as soon as we receive it.

  • Expedited Shipping

  • Overnight Shipping

  • Your email will automatically generate a ticket in our Zendesk Customer Service System.

  • Please allow 48–72 hours for a response.

  • To avoid delays, always reply directly to the original ticket email. Creating a new email or ticket number may slow down resolution.

  • When replying, please use “Reply All” so all necessary team members are included and can assist promptly.
